Fees

  • Individual Therapy sessions are billed at $200 per session and sessions are 50 minutes long.

    Limited sliding scale spots are also available.

  • Both Couples and Family sessions are billed at $250 per session and are 50 minutes long.

    A limited number of sliding scale spots may be available.

  • I am available to provide clinical supervision. The cost of this would be $150 per 50 minute supervision.

  • There are several costs associated with KAP/PAP.

    For sessions with me, my typical hourly rate is $200/hour. Due to the different time lengths of each type of appointment, the cost for each will vary. I want to make sure that this service is accessible and am happy to discuss what service best fits your financial situation. KAP is also a short term investment for ideally long term outcomes.

    Depending on your insurance plan and coverage, medication appointments through Journey Clinical may be completely covered. At the very least, they will be eligible for out of network reimbursement.

    Typical costs for medical appointments are:

    • Initial medical consultation with Journey Clinical: $250 (insurance may cover)

    • Cost of medication through Journey Clinical: $88 (enough for 2 sessions)

    • Follow-up medical consultation with Journey Clinical $150 (at least once per quarter, may be covered by insurance)

    • Cost of ongoing medication: $148 (enough for up to 6 sessions)

    If you conduct a consultation and find out that you aren’t eligible to continue with KAP, all non-covered medical service charges will be fully refunded through Journey Clinical. Please note that this does not apply to clinical or psychotherapy services already received.

  • Workshop and training pricing is tailored to your organization’s needs. Please reach out to me and let me know your needs and budget and I am happy to work together to identify several suitable options.

  • I am dedicated to making sure that therapy is more accessible and affordable and therefore reserve a percentage of my practice for clients that need a sliding scale. There are limited spots and your rate will be based on your income and financial needs. Lowest rates are 50% of the full session fee, require regular appointments, and you cannot submit to insurance for reimbursement.

  • I am an out of network provider, meaning that I do not accept any insurance. However, you may be eligible for reimbursement on all or a percentage of your session fee based on your out of network benefits.

    I am happy to work with you to help you better understand your benefits but encourage you to reach out to your insurance company and ask about your out of network benefits for mental or behavioral health.
